We’re pleased to share the latest updates from United Blind Leaders.

Research On Blind Leadership
We have now commenced work on an environmental scan to gain a clearer understanding of the levels of blind leadership within organisations that serve blind and vision impaired people. Phase one focuses on Australian organisations, with an international scan to follow as part of phase two. This research will inform our ongoing advocacy and help us identify where change is most needed.

Update on Vision Australia CEO Recruitment
Thank you to those who have contacted us requesting information about Vision Australia's CEO recruitment process. We are advised that a recruitment agency has now been engaged, and the formal search for the next CEO will commence this month. We will continue to monitor this process and provide updates as more information becomes available.
